Ordering & Delivery

1. What areas do you serve?
I proudly serve Metro Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

2. How do I place an order or ask about pricing?
You can contact me via Instagram @BosqueLampshadeStudio by DM to request my phone number or email me at Terry@bosquelampshadestudio. Let me know what you’re interested in, and I’ll guide you through the process and provide a quote.

3. How long does it take to make a custom lampshade?
Most orders are ready within 2-3 weeks, but turnaround depends on design and materials. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when we discuss your order.

6. Can I request a specific fabric, color, or style?
Absolutely! I love collaborating to design the perfect lampshade. Share your ideas or inspiration, and I’ll do my best to source materials and create something unique just for you.

7. Can I see samples of your previous work?
Yes! Follow my Instagram account @BosqueLampshadeStudio or my Shopify store. Samples can also be provided at a consultation.

8. Do you offer in-home consultations?
Yes, for clients in my service area, I offer both in-person and phone consultations. Contact me via email to schedule.

9. What if I’m not sure what size or shape I need?
No problem! Send a photo or measurements of your lamp and space, and I’ll help you choose the perfect size and shape. You can also bring your shade to a private consultation.

Payments & Policies

10. Do you have a custom order deposit policy?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom lampshades. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled, since each shade is made especially for you.

11. How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made directly with me or online through my Shopify Store.

12. What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction matters! Contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have any concerns, and I’ll work to make it right.

13. Do you use professional products for your lampshades?
Yes, I use only high-quality, professional lampshade-making components that meet safety standards and traditional techniques to ensure durability and beauty.
